Day 24

I’m up a half pound from yesterday.  Bummer!  OK, I will admit I had a few pieces of pizza last night.   THERAPY after a day that didn’t go as planned.

Lunch was McDonalds.   Haven’t been there in a few days.   It’s the old reliable.

Day 19

Day 19.   Up a half pound.   Darn!

I went to Jefferson City to rappel for the Special Olympics today.  On the way back I drove through Columbia and stopped at one of my favorite new restaurants, Zaxbys!   Great chicken strips!

Day 17

After 16 days I’m down 12.5 pounds to 209.   I think if I would have eaten every meal at Panera/St. Louis Bread Company I would be up 12.5 pounds!

Day 14

Day 14 of the Kids Menu Challenge and I’m down 11.5 pounds!  I wonder how much I would have GAINED if I ate at Panera/St. Louis Bread Company everyday!?!?

Lunch was at Culvers.   They have a great kids meal.   A little expensive compared to the other great establishments that I patronize.  But well worth it.   I actually took advantage of the scoop of frozen custard today.   Yummm!

Day 9

Dinner at McDonalds.   The hamburger Happy Meal is always good, especially with TWO orders of French Fries.

Lunch at Wendy’s today.  Went to the Chesterfield Valley location.  SUPER BUSY!   But well worth the wait.

\I’m going the wrong way!   I gained a pound since yesterday!   Hmmmmm, don’t know how that happened

Day 7

I’m down 7 pounds in 6 days on the Kids Menu Challenge!   Whoo Hooo!

Dinner at Dairy Queen.   More chicken strips!

Lunch at Wendy’s.   Lettuce and Onions on my burger!

This morning’s weigh-in was 214.5.   Down a half pound from yesterday.   Total weight loss so far has been 7 pounds in 6 days.

Day 4

Dinner at Wendy’s.  Another great hamburger meal!

Lunch at Mickey D’s today.   Apple slices?   Really?   I heard they’re bad for you.

The Quickie Mart for breakfast.   Hey McDonalds,  you’re doing all day breakfast.   How about all day lunch so I can get a hamburger before 10:30 AM?

I weigh myself every morning at around 5:30 AM.  Here’s this morning’s weigh-in.   Not bad.  I’m losing about a pound a day.

Day 3

Dinner at Wendy’s.  I went in and by mistake asked for a Happy Meal.  The guy said in a very loud stern voice, “Sir, we don’t serve Happy Meals here”.  Sorry.   I should know better.

Lunch at Mickey D’s with TABLE SERVICE.   You order and they deliver your meal to you at your table.   You won’t get that at Panera/BreadCo!    Another happy meal with TWO orders of French fries.

This morning’s weigh-in shows I’m down 2.5 pounds in 48 hours.   (It’s 219.0….sorry  for the bad crop)

Day 2

The Kids Menu Challenge moved to Burger King for my dinner meal on Day 2.   The most expensive meal so far at $3.99.   Those flame broiled burgers have always been one of my favorites.   Check out the video.    This location has flowers on the table.   A step up from Panera/St. Louis Bread Company.

Late Lunch today at almost 4 PM.   Crazy day.  Time for some McDonalds Kids Meal Chicken Nuggets action

I usually don’t do fast food breakfasts.   It’s usually a trip to the Quickie Mart for breakfast.   Here’s this morning’s trip.

I weigh myself every morning at the same time.   This morning I’m at 220.5.   I lost one pound since yesterday!

Day 1

Lunch at Mickey D’s.   Hamburger Happy Meal with TWO orders of french fries!

Dinner at Wendy’s.   Great hamburger fresh off the grill.   Yummmm.

Here’s my starting weight for the Kids Menu Challenge!   I need to get down to 200.   Think the Kids Menu Challenge can get me there?
